Mentorship

FatherType’s mentoring style is rooted in empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach for young adults between the ages of 18-25 years of age. We believe that every person has unique strengths and talents waiting to be discovered and nurtured. Through a collaborative partnership, we guide mentees in exploring their dreams, clarifying their goals and developing actionable plans to turn their aspirations into reality.

Coaching

Our coaching approach is holistic and focuses on the unique needs and goals of each individual I work with. I believe that every person has the inner resources and wisdom to overcome challenges and achieve their desired outcomes. Through active listening, empathy, and powerful questioning, I facilitate self-reflection and guide my mentees in gaining clarity, setting achievable goals, and taking consistent action.
